General info

This USATF Certified and Sanctioned Course draws competitors of all levels from the San Diego area racing community to casual first-timers from around the city. The Pointer mascot will be on site to keep adults, kids and canines company as they run along the water and loop past the USS Recruit.

Race Time and Location

Race time is 8 a.m. at NTC Park in Liberty Station, 2455 Cushing Rd., San Diego 92106. Introducing three starting time waves this year! New this year, we will feature three pace corrals; Corral One with a 6:45/mile or faster expected race pace, Corral Two 6:45-9:30/mile and Corral Three for anyone 9:30/mile or slower. We hope this will allow our serious runners the opportunity to have the course free from obstacles and keep our little runners safe from getting runover.
